Then with their miracle workers, took on a severe rotator cuff surgery that the dr. didn't believe I would lift my arm higher than shoulder level, and thanks to Alta, I can use the arm with few limitations. "I have tried other Physical Therapy Offices in the past due to insurance, but quickly came to the conclusion that I would rather pay out of pocket and get exceptional therapy than go through the take a number insurance mill. It would usually take about a week or so to get in, meanwhile I'm in pain. Once I see the therapist, I usually have to come back for 3-4 more visits. At Alta I call and tell them whats happening and that I am in pain. I quickly get seen, I'm out within an hour and I'm hitting the trails the next day. No 3-4 extra visits. "Margell, my physical therapist was being very senstive and gentle when she cared for my dog bite wound. She even put up with me when I was screaming like a big baby when she tried to clean my wound. Margell also helped me When I emailed her with questions about my wound. The Alta also fighted for me/keeped on trying when my insurance won't pay for the cost of my sessions. I hope I won't have to go back for any reason. But if I have to seek treatment, I will definitely go back to Alta. I think Alta also is the only place that has wound care. Margell is the one who is specialize with the wound care. "
