Debbie Steinmann, LPTA, GCFP, is a certified Feldenkrais Practitioner who comes to ALTA with over 25 years of experience. As a movement specialist with a holistic approach, she guides patients to enhance their flexibility, coordination, balance, posture and breathing. She works with diverse populations - from children with developmental delays to the elderly; professional athletes to "weekend warriors", and every age and ability in between. She is also a certified Physical Therapy Assistant and has studied Tai Chi, Herbology, Pool Therapy and Reiki. She is committed to helping patients increase their awareness, vitality and well-being.
