Forrest has taken hundreds of hours of advanced training in a wide variety of therapy techniques including: Counterstrain, Muscle Energy, Canadian Manual Therapy, Visceral Release, Medical Exercise Therapy, Craniosacral techniques, Integrative Manual TherapyTM, Body Talk SystemTM, MindScapeTM, Structural Integration and PaRama College.
