Class Details
- Classes meet once a week at ALTA on Monday's from
5:30 to 6:30 pm
- Mats and props will be supplied
- An intake form will be given to you before class so both teachers are aware of your individual physical limitations.
Meet Our Yoga Therapists
Laura Kupperman has extensive experience working with people recovering from injuries, surgeries and illnesses in both individual and group settings since 2002. She especially enjoys teaching people with knee and shoulder problems and those recovering from cancer treatment.
Laura Yasuda also has an extensive background working with orthopedic injuries. In addition to teaching Yoga, Laura is a massage therapist who teaches Thai Yoga Massage at the Boulder School of Massage Therapy. She enjoys working with people new to Yoga.
