If you have an insurance company that is out of ALTA's network, you may have out of network benefits. We suggest you call the telephone number listed on your insurance card to verify your benefits prior to scheduling.
If your insurance company does not provide out of network benefits, or if you do not have health insurance, a cash rate is available. We also accept Flexible Spending Account and Health Savings Account benefits. If you chose to go out of network or have a high deductible, you can utilize your FSA or HSA benefits. MasterCard and Visa accepted.
