 Alena RyanAlena Ryan has been with ALTA since 1993. She worked as the receptionist for the first 5 ½ years, then stepped into the role of Administrative Assistant / Referral Coordinator. Even though Alena specializes in insurance benefits, she can help you with any and all questions pertaining to the administrative part of ALTA. "As a service to you, I contact your insurance company within 24 hours of your first appointment to determine the specifics of your physical therapy coverage. I strive to make sure that your experience at ALTA is pain-free of insurance problems." Alena is always available to answer any of your questions regarding insurance benefits. Interests: When Alena is not at work, she can often be found at the ice rink, watching her son play in a competitive hockey league. She is also the designated party planner at Alta, and does a marvelous job with all our social gatherings. In quieter moments Alena enjoys reading, and spending time in Wyoming with family. |
